How long will I have to stay?
The normal range is seven (7) nights with most properties requiring a Saturday arrival.

Are there any processing fees?
No. There is only a $99 fully refundable deposit that is required to complete activation. This deposit is applied toward the cost of accommodations upon confirmation of your reservations.

Are there any black out dates?
No, airfare and accommodations are based on availability.

When do I have to send payment for my reservation?
Once your trip is processed, you will be billed for the lodging.

Can my voucher be extended?
Yes. Based on circumstance, we would be happy to extend any voucher (as long as you can provide an active file number.)

Are the hotel and resort rates inflated?
No, these are all published rates. They are the same rates that our travel agents receive in their travel directories.

What destinations do I have to choose from?
Over 3,300 including Orlando, Mexico, Hawaii, Miami, New York, Canada, the Caribbean and select European locations. Click here for complete listings.

Can I give this certificate to someone else?
Yes, it is fully transferable prior to activation.

Can I bring kids?
Yes, most resorts will take up to two children under 12. We can also book their airfare at an additional cost.

Can you book the airline tickets for our travel companions that are not participating in the program?
Yes. We are a full service licensed and bonded travel agency. We can book everything from rental cars to sight seeing tours.

When do my tickets arrive?
Your airline tickets will arrive 2 - 3 weeks before your departure date.
